How to create an account and start your free trial
There is no separate sign up form. You enter your WhatsApp number, scan a QR code with that same WhatsApp, and your account is created. Your 7 day free trial starts as soon as the scan works.
Create your account
- Go to callmeping.com and click Start Free Trial or Log in. Both open the same screen.
- Pick your country and type your WhatsApp number without the country code.
- Click Continue with QR code.
- Scan the QR code with WhatsApp on the phone that uses that number.
- Wait for the We're connected! screen. You are taken into the app.
Scan with the same number you typed. If the WhatsApp you scan with is a different number, the link is cancelled and you are asked to try again.
Your free trial
- The trial lasts 7 days and gives you Growth features.
- No card is needed to start.
- Each WhatsApp number gets one free trial.
- The trial includes a smaller AI reply allowance than paid plans. You can see what you have used under Plan and billing, in the Usage section.
- A banner at the top of the app shows how many days are left.
When the trial ends without a plan, the AI stops replying to customers. Choose a plan under Plan and billing to switch it back on.
Logging in again later
The account owner always logs in the same way: enter the number and scan the QR code. There is no password for the owner.
Team members do not scan anything. They sign in with the email and password they set from their invite link, using Sign in with email on the login screen (the Team login page).
Common questions
I already have an account. Will scanning again create a second one?
No. If the number already has an account, scanning the QR code reconnects that same account with your chats and settings.
I signed out. How do I sign back in?
Enter your number on the sign in page. If your WhatsApp is still linked, we send a 6 digit login code to your chat with yourself in WhatsApp, so you don't need to scan again. If you are a team member, use Sign in with email instead.
Do I need to enter a card for the trial?
No. The trial starts without a card. You only pay when you choose a plan.
Does logging out disconnect my WhatsApp?
No. Log out only signs this browser out. Your WhatsApp stays linked and the AI keeps replying.
