How do team members sign in?
Team members sign in with their email and password on the Team sign in page, reached from the "Part of a team? Sign in with email" link on the app sign in page. The owner does not use a password and signs in by scanning the QR code.
First time: accept your invite
- Open the invite link the account owner sent you.
- Type a password with at least 8 characters.
- Type it again in Confirm password.
- Click Set password and continue. You are signed in.
Sign in after that
- Open the app sign in page, where the owner scans the QR code, and click Sign in with email, next to "Part of a team?".
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Click Sign in.
One browser holds one sign in. If the owner is signed in on the same browser, signing in as a team member signs the owner out there. Use a different browser or a private window to switch.
Common sign in errors
- "Wrong email or password." Check both. You also see this if your account was disabled or you have not accepted your invite yet.
- "This invite link is invalid or has expired." The link was already used or is older than 7 days. Ask the owner for a new one.
- "Too many login attempts. Try again in a few minutes." Wait about 15 minutes, then try again.

Common questions
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Ask the account owner to click Reset password next to your name in Team. They send you a new link, and you choose a new password from it.
Why can't I see some menus?
The owner chooses which menus your role can open. Ask them to add the menu to your role.
I am the owner. Where is my password?
The owner has no password. Open the app and scan the QR code with the WhatsApp you linked.
