How to change your password
If you are a team member, click the key button next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar, enter your current and new password, and click Change password. The account owner signs in by QR code and has no password to change.

You see "Done. Your other devices have been signed out." You stay signed in on this device.
- Click the key button next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Type your Current password.
- Type a New password with at least 8 characters.
- Click Change password.
If it does not work
- "Current password is wrong." Check the password you sign in with today.
- "Password must be at least 8 characters." Choose a longer password.
Forgot your password
You cannot reset it yourself. Ask the account owner to open Team and click Reset password next to your name. They send you a new link, and you choose a new password from it. This also signs you out on every device.

Common questions
I am the owner and I do not see the key button. Why?
The owner signs in by scanning the QR code with the linked WhatsApp, so there is no password to change.
Will changing my password sign me out?
Only on your other devices. The device you used to change it stays signed in.
