How does the free trial work?

You get a 7 day free trial with no card needed. It starts when your account first links its WhatsApp number and includes the Growth features.

What the trial includes

Growth features: up to 15 AI automations, up to 5 team members and 50 scheduled group posts.
Command Center on 1 group.
A small number of AI replies for the whole trial. You can see how many you have used under Usage on Plan and billing.

One trial per WhatsApp number

Each WhatsApp number gets one free trial, ever. If a number has already had a trial, even on an account that was deleted, a new account with that number starts without a trial and needs a plan.

How you know the trial is ending

A banner at the top of every page shows how many days are left. Plan and billing shows the exact end date.

About 2 days before the trial ends, Ping sends you a reminder on WhatsApp (and by email if one is set up). You get another message when the trial ends.

What happens when the trial ends

If you have not chosen a plan, the AI stops replying to your customers and features your plan does not cover are locked. Your data is kept, so nothing is lost.

If you earned free months by referring friends, they start when the trial ends.

Open Plan and billing.
Pick Monthly or Annual, 2 months free.
Press Choose on the plan you want and complete the payment.

If you used up the trial's AI replies early, you see: You have used the AI replies included in your free trial. Choose a plan to keep the AI answering.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial needs no card. You only pay when you choose a plan.

Can I get a second trial?

No. There is one trial per WhatsApp number, even across deleted accounts.

Will I lose my settings and chats when the trial ends?

No. Your data is kept. Choose a plan and the AI switches back on.

My trial has days left but the AI stopped replying. Why?

The trial includes a small number of AI replies for the whole trial. Check Usage on Plan and billing. If AI replies are used up, choose a plan to keep the AI answering.
