Which plan do I need? Plans, limits and pricing
CallMePing has four plans: Starter, Plus, Growth and Enterprise. There is no limit on conversations on any plan; plans differ in features and in monthly AI usage.
What each plan includes
- Starter: the AI agent on your WhatsApp number for one person. Standard AI usage, 1 AI automation, lead capture, the developer API and webhooks.
- Plus: everything in Starter, with 2x the AI usage and 5 AI automations. Still owner only, with no team members.
- Growth: everything in Plus, with 4x the AI usage, 15 AI automations, up to 5 team members (you included), chat assignment, Command Center for 5 groups, daily group summaries, 50 scheduled group posts a month and priority support.
- Enterprise: everything in Growth, with custom AI usage, unlimited AI automations and team members, Command Center for up to 25 groups, unlimited scheduled group posts, multiple WhatsApp numbers, higher API rate limits and a dedicated account manager.
Command Center and scheduled group posts are not on Starter or Plus. If you need them, choose Growth.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in your local currency on the /pricing page and on Plan and billing. If you are in India you see prices in INR, and 18% GST is added at checkout. Everyone else sees prices in US dollars.
Annual billing means you pay for 10 months and get 12. Use the Monthly and Annual, 2 months free switch above the plan cards to compare.
Enterprise is not bought online. Press Talk to us on the Enterprise card and we will put a plan together for you.
Check your plan and usage
- Open Plan and billing in the Account section of the sidebar.
- Read the status line at the top. It shows your plan, how you are billed and when it renews.
- Scroll to Usage to see meters for AI replies, AI automations, Team members, Command Center groups and Scheduled group posts this month.
Only the account owner can see Plan and billing. Team members who hit a limit see the message: Ask the account owner to upgrade.
What happens when you hit a limit
When you try to do something your plan does not include, an Upgrade to do this box explains what your plan includes and which plan to move to. Press See plans to go to Plan and billing.
AI replies reset on the 1st of each month. If you use them all, the AI stops replying until the next month or until you upgrade.
Common questions
Is there a limit on how many people can message me?
No. No plan limits conversations. Plans limit features and monthly AI usage.
Is the developer API on every plan?
Yes. The developer API and webhooks are on every plan, starting with Starter. Enterprise gets higher API rate limits.
Which plan do I need for my team?
Growth. Starter and Plus are for the owner only. Growth allows up to 5 team members including you, and Enterprise allows unlimited team members.
Why do I not see Plan and billing in my menu?
Plan and billing is only visible to the account owner. Ask the owner to make plan changes.
