What is CallMePing?
CallMePing is a WhatsApp AI assistant, called Ping, that runs on your own WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number. It replies to customers using only the business info you give it, and you and your team can step in from a shared inbox at any time.
How it connects to your WhatsApp
You link your number by scanning a QR code from Linked Devices on your phone, the same way you set up WhatsApp Web. There is no WhatsApp Business API setup and no new number to buy.
You keep using WhatsApp on your phone as normal. CallMePing never sees your WhatsApp password, and you can unlink it from your phone at any time.
What Ping can do
- Reply to customers 24/7 from what you add in Train AI, in the language the customer writes in.
- Save questions it could not answer, so you can add the answer once and it knows next time.
- Collect details from new contacts with AI Automations and list them in My Leads.
- Give your team one shared inbox (Chats), where anyone can take over a conversation from the AI.
- Run your WhatsApp groups: Command Center, scheduled group posts and daily group summaries (Growth plan and above).
- Connect WhatsApp to your own systems with the Developer API and webhooks, on every plan.
What Ping will not do
- It does not make up facts. If the answer is not in your knowledge, it saves the question for you instead of guessing.
- It does not reply in WhatsApp groups. Automatic replies are for one to one chats only.
- It does not message people on its own. It replies to people who message you.

Plans and the free trial
There are four plans: Starter, Plus, Growth and Enterprise. Every new WhatsApp number starts with a 7 day free trial with Growth features, and no card is needed. There is no limit on conversations on any plan. Plans differ in features and monthly AI usage.
Common questions
Does it work with a normal WhatsApp number?
Yes. It works with a regular WhatsApp number and with a WhatsApp Business number.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. You link your number by scanning a QR code in Linked Devices, like WhatsApp Web.
Can I still use WhatsApp on my phone?
Yes. Your phone keeps working as usual. If you reply to a customer from your phone, the AI steps aside in that chat so you are not talking over each other.
