Example: let the AI answer your hours, address and send your payment QR

1. Add your office hours

1. Open Train AI and stay on the Knowledge tab.
2. Click Plain text.
3. Type the title Office hours.
4. Type your hours, for example: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
5. Click Save.

2. Add your address

1. Click Plain text again.
2. Type the title Address and directions.
3. Type your full address, a Google Maps link and any landmark, for example: Opposite City Mall, 2nd floor.
4. Click Save.

3. Add your payment QR code as an image

1. Save your QR code as a JPEG or PNG on your phone or computer (under 8MB).
2. Click Image.
3. Type the title Payment QR code.
4. Add keywords such as payment, pay, QR, UPI, scanner.
5. Choose the QR image and click Save.

Also add a Plain text card called Payment that says how people can pay, for example: We accept UPI. Ask us for the QR code and we will send it. That way the AI can answer payment questions in words too.

4. Check it before customers do

Use the test panel in Train AI and send messages like "What time do you open?", "Where are you?" and "Send me the QR to pay". You should get your hours, your address, and the QR image with a short caption.
