CallMePing

How to send leads to Google Sheets or your CRM

For a one-off copy, export your leads as a CSV. To send every new lead automatically, connect a webhook from Developer API to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server.

Option 1: export a CSV (no setup)

  1. Open My Leads.
  2. Click Export CSV.
  3. Open the file in Google Sheets or Excel, or import it into your CRM.

Option 2: send each lead automatically

When an AI Automation finishes collecting answers in a chat, CallMePing sends an automation.completed event to your webhook URL. It includes the contact's name, phone number and every answer collected.

  1. In Zapier, Make or n8n, create a new flow that starts with a webhook trigger and copy its URL.
  2. In CallMePing, open Developer API (account owner only) and find the Webhook card.
  3. Paste the URL, tick automation.completed under Events to send, and click Save webhook.
  4. Click Send test so your tool sees a sample call, then finish the flow by adding a step such as Google Sheets: add row, or your CRM's create contact action.
  5. Map the fields: contactName, phoneNumber and the answers inside collected.

A call can occasionally arrive twice. If your tool supports it, skip rows whose submissionId you already have.

Developers

You can also pull leads and chats with the REST API, or receive webhooks on your own server and verify their signature. See the webhooks and API articles for code samples.

Common questions

Do you have a direct Google Sheets or HubSpot integration?

Not a built-in one. Use the webhook with Zapier, Make or n8n, which connect to Google Sheets and most CRMs in a few clicks.

Do I need a developer?

No for Option 1 and for Zapier, Make or n8n. Only a custom server integration needs a developer.
