How to see and filter your leads in My Leads
My Leads lists everything your automations collected from WhatsApp chats. Pick an automation at the top, and each row shows one customer run with their answers in columns.
Find a lead
- Open My Leads in the sidebar.
- Choose the automation from the drop-down in the toolbar.
- Click a status tab: All leads, Completed, In progress or Abandoned.
- Type in Search name, number or answers to search contact names, numbers and answers.
- Click a row to open the lead details on the side.
Filter by date
The date buttons are Today, This week, This month and Custom. This month is selected when you open the page. Click the selected button again to switch the date filter off and see every lead.
Choose Custom to pick a from and to date. The numbers on the status tabs follow your date filter and search, so each tab shows what you get when you click it.
Reading the table
- Contact: the WhatsApp name and number.
- Status: Completed, In progress or Abandoned.
- One column per field. Required fields have a red star.
- Captured: when the run started. Hover to see the exact date and time.
A field that was asked twice without an answer shows "Not provided". A dash means the field has no value yet.
Common questions
Why is My Leads empty?
Either you have no automation yet, no customer has gone through the selected automation, or your filters hide them. Try All leads and click This month to switch the date filter off.
Can I see leads from all automations together?
No. My Leads shows one automation at a time. Switch automations with the drop-down.
Can team members see My Leads?
Yes, if their role includes the My Leads menu. The owner sets this in Team.
